What do we mean by "personal information?"

By "personal information" we mean information which either directly identifies you (for example your name, email address, phone number, or billing information). You currently shop with us without signing-in to an account, if we institute account sign-in your data will also include account identification information such as user name and password details.


If we start to use a usage analytics program your data will include for example: traffic sources, referring sites, page views, paths taken and conversion rates.


Any information that falls outside of this is "non-personal information.”


Please note that payment details are not seen by us, we use Paypal to ensure secure payment, we do not see your bank details. Your bank details should not be sent to us, all purchasing and refund of funds will be processed securely via PayPal, whether directly to a debit or credit card or to a PayPal account.


How do we learn information about you?

We learn information about you when you give it to us, e.g:

  • By ordering an item
  • When you give information using the contact form
  • When you use other forms on the website
  • When PayPal sends us your order details we see you name and address and other personal information if given (no banking information is supplied)
  • When dialogue with us via email


What do we do with your information once we have it?

When you give us information, we will use it to process purchases. Your information is shared with the printer who produces the artwork, and the postal service who delivers the artwork, and the email services that process the emails. They each have their own privacy policy to protect your information and we have reviewed those policies.


When do we share your information with others?

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • For processing or providing products and services to you. 
  • We will share Your personal information with Service Providers for example the email service provider.
  • We may share Your information with Our business partners, for example the printing service, who may offer You certain products, services or promotions. 
  • We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
  • When the law requires it. We follow the law whenever we receive requests about you from a government or related to a lawsuit. We'll notify you when we're asked to hand over your personal information in this way unless we're legally prohibited from doing so. When we receive requests like this, we'll only release your personal information if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any legal defences or objections that you may have to a third party's request to disclose your information.
  • When we believe it is necessary to prevent harm to you or someone else. We will only share your information in this way if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of you, our other users, or the public.
  • If our organisational structure or status changes (if we undergo a restructuring, are acquired, or go bankrupt) we may pass your information to a successor or affiliate.
  • With your consent we may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent, when we have asked and received your permission to share it.


How do we store and protect your personal information?

We are committed to protecting your personal information once we have it. Your information is stored on our premises on a dedicated hard drive, and not stored on cloud services. Despite our efforts, if we learn of a security breach, we'll notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps.


What if we change this privacy policy or any of our privacy notices?

We may need to change this policy and our notices. The updates will be posted online. You should check the policy before purchasing from us, to make your review simpler we add a date of publishing.
